Terms + Conditions

Order Confirmation: Once your inquiry has been submitted, you will receive a quote within 48 hours. Please be advised that orders can be accepted or declined based on availability.

Order Dates: All orders require a minimum of 1 week's notice. Large orders over 100 will need notice of 2 weeks in advance. A surcharge will be added per dozen for orders placed passed the needed notice time. It is suggested to place your order as early as possible to ensure your desired delivery date.

Minimums + Flavor Selections: All orders come with a dozen (12) of your selected treats. For cake pops and cakesicles, flavors are by the dozen.

Disc Cake Pop Pricing - starts at $36+
Round Cake Pop Pricing - starts at $42+
Cakesicle Pricing - starts at $48+
Chocolate Covered Oreos - starts at $30+
Chocolate Covered Rice Krispies - starts at $30+
Chocolate Covered Pretzels - start at $25+
Chocolate Covered Strawberries - start at $25+
Party Bundle Pricing - starts at $150+ - This includes 4 dozen treats of choice.

*Standard designs include chocolate drizzle and/or sprinkles. Prices can increase depending on the intricacy of the design.

When the order form is submitted, someone will reach out to confirm all details and a quote will be sent via email. Once your approval has been received, an invoice will be sent. For orders under $50, payment shall be paid in full. For orders above $50, a $25 deposit will be required, and full payment will be paid 2 days before the event date. For Party Bundles, a 50% deposit will be required and full payment will be paid 2 days before the event date.

Variations: All treats are individually handmade and, therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs. For specific requests, please describe in the Notes section when submitting your order form.

Allergies: All treats are made in my home kitchen, where equipment has come in contact with nuts at some point in time. Please add in the Notes section if you have allergies to specific toppings and/or ingredients and they may be substituted or removed.

Changes & Cancellations: Any changes to a confirmed order must be requested at least 3 days before your needed date and may incur a fee. All cancellations will need to be made at least 3 days prior to the event date for a refund. For larger orders, cancellations will need to be made 1 week prior to the event date for a refund. Any cancellations made after these periods will not be refundable. In the unlikely event that your order is unable to be completed, a full refund will be issued. There will be no refunds of any kind once your order has been completed.
